Still to do:

1. Rewrite PR process to include manual QA step for all major releases or pulls that close user stories as well as code review.
2. Research, choose, and implement any tools that can help automate common manual tests (visual diff testing, UI element actions, dynamic content validation, etc.)
3. Begin sheets for all projects and assign to tech leads or QA lead to fill out based on existing backlog of stories
4. Pitch internal manual QA step to clients as newly included part of the PA SDLC.
